At the service centers of Tevel Metro, the Dankal operator, a courteous and professional team awaits, who will be happy to help and answer any issue:

 

  • Information about the line’s routes, operating hours and schedules.
  • Issuing Rav-Kav cards and loading the appropriate profile on the card (youth, senior citizen, student, etc.).
  • Claiming a contract or travel arrangement with the Rav-Kav card that supports travel on the Red Line only (Free nationwide pass, daily pass, accumulated value).
  • Information on fares and discounts for eligible persons.
  • Appealing an increased fare (fine) and payments.
  • Lost & found.

 

Please Note! It is not possible to claim travel contracts that do not include travel on the Red Line of Dankal.

Sunday – Thursday – 05:00 in the morning to 01:00 at night.
Fridays – 05:00 in the morning to about 30 minutes before Shabbat.

Saturdays – about 30 minutes after Shabbat ends until 1:00 at night.

 

Frontal service will be provided at one of the two service centers:

  • Yafo Service Center Hatzrot Jaffa, 4 Shalma Rd., Tel Aviv-Yafo.
  • Carlebach Service Center at the Carlebach underground station in Tel Aviv.

 

Days and hours of operation of the service centers
Sunday-Friday – 08:00 to 20:00.

Fridays and holiday eves – 9:00 to 13:00.
