When appealing an increased fare (fine), you must attach a copy of your ID card along with the appendix, as well as a copy of the increased fare.
It is recommended to attach documents that support your application (photocopies of both sides of your Rav-Kav card, certificate of ticket purchase, medical certificate, disability certificate, military ID, combat card, National Insurance certificate or study certificate) .
Please note, a claim must be filed within 30 days of the imposition of the increased fare .
