Passenger baggage without an owner is transferred to the lost & found center located at the Dankal customer service center. It should be clarified that Tevel Metro, the Dankal operator, is not responsible for lost items found on the train. A physical description of the baggage along with item’s location details are entered into the Tevel information system in order to assist the owner in locating the lost item.
In case the owner of the loss can be identified, the company’s employees will try to contact him directly to return it. In the event that it is not possible to associate the lost item with its owner, it will be kept in the lost & found warehouse for a period of up to four months and may be delivered during this period to an applicant who provides proof in accordance with the Lost Items Return Regulations, 57333—1973, Article 6. At the end of this period, if not required by its owner, it will not be kept in the lost and found warehouse and will be handled in accordance with the Law on Restitution of Lost, 5733-1073 Section 4 and the procedures of Tevel Metro Company adapted to it.
In case of lost baggage, it is recommended to contact the customer service center using a lost report form.
- Receiving information about the line’s routes, operating hours and schedules.
- Issuing Rav-Kav cards and updating a suitable profile on the card (youth, senior citizen, student, etc.).
- Loading a contract or travel arrangement on a Rav-Kav card that supports Red Line travel only (nationwide pass, daily pass, accumulated value).
- Receiving information on travel rates and discounts for eligible persons.
- Appealing an increased fare (fine) and payments.
- Receiving information on and treatment of loss & found.
Please Note! It is not possible to load travel contracts that do not include travel on the Red Line of Dankal.
