

Accumulated value is an arrangement where a certain amount of money is loaded to the Rav-Kav card, which is then used for individual trips. In the various contracts, a discount is given on this arrangement according to the passengers’ discount profile (National Insurance claimants, disabled persons, senior citizens, students, children and youth)

A child under the age of 5 is exempt from paying for travel by public transport if he is accompanied by a passenger who has paid the fare (the exemption is for one child only per passenger with a ticket. A second child is entitled to a 50% discount). Children aged 5-18 (or over 18 if they are studying in the 12th grade or in special education) are entitled to a 50% discount. To receive an exemption from payment for traveling on the Red Line, a suitable profile must be loaded to the Rav-Kav card.
Persons entitled to exemption from payment
- Citizens aged 75 and over.
- Blind people.
- Volunteers – soldiers in the National Service, pre-military or semi-annual preparatory school, national service volunteers and service-year volunteers (on presentation of a valid certificate).
- Children under the age of 5 (one child accompanied by an adult. A second child is entitled to a 50% discount).
- Members of the security forces: soldiers in uniform, police officers and prison guards (on presentation of a valid certificate).
